My career was in securities portfolio management and I was a prior owner of an investment advisory firm. Analyzing the needs of our clients and determining their investment risk was the first step in our relationship. The results were a direct reflection of their personality, financial experience, personal circumstances, and assets to be managed.

So, you can imagine I thought I would be able to analyze this man and see what I was getting myself into. Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think he would be able to possess me the way he did. I hope this book brings knowledge and awareness to anyone who may become involved with a narcissist. If I can save one person from a devastating emotional experience then I feel I have accomplished my end goal.
